7X24hours service time,the speed response should be under 24 hours; Engineers should arrive site under 24 hours if necessary.

Service out of warranty time
POWERTEK manufacture also provide the lifelong service for the machines out of warranty time with payment, there are two ways : one is the purchasing assurance from manufacture, the other is maintain machine with payment case by case;

Training
There are two levels for training in China:
a. Training for free on site: POWERTEK Engineer or POWERTEK Authorized engineer who complete the start-up service and train the engineers of customer about operation and maintenance.
b.Special training with payment:POWERTEK Engineer should arrange professional engineer to train the people who want to learn about the relevant topic.
